I had tried yoga cushions, meditation pillows, and other props before, but nothing worked — until I found this. This was easy to inflate and is a great alternative for the more expensive ones. Well-worth the money spent (I paid $59.99 for the pink half one). This really makes a difference when you are doing abs. I purchased this half ball because of a video on Youtube of Bobby Strom's Britney (Spears) Abs Workout and he used this half ball for her workout routine. (You can find the video if you search by: Bobby Strom's Britney Spears Ab Workout and it is 5:35 or 5:34 long. It shows his wife doing the exercises and she uses a half ball plus a regular ball. I purchased the regular ball also, but have not even blown it up yet as just the exercises with this half ball are enough). So far, I have only used it for abs so I have not tried the handles that came with it. It is good quality and I have not had to reinflate it yet. If you haven't tried doing abs on a half ball then you are missing out! This really works your muscles! Would highly recommend!

Resistance bands are a joke... I'm 5 ft 4 and I have to get my arms up over my head before there is any "resistance", and the only "resistance" is because I've stretched the bands to their max... thankfully I did not purchase this for the bands, but it would've been nice if I could've used them. I purchased the ball so I could continue exercises from physical therapy at home. I broke the 5th metatarsal in my right foot 4 months ago and had surgery 3 months ago. I'm working at regaining strength, endurance, and balance. So far the ball seems decent enough and doesn't slip on my hardwood or vinyl plank flooring. I just hope the plug in the bottom holds up. It doesn't lock into place, just pushes in.

Excellent just like the one I used in Physical Therapy. It allows me to keep up what I learned

Update 2.28.25: Great customer service! A representative from Zelus did in fact reach out to me regarding the defective unit, and they sent out a replacement promptly! Thank you! I ordered this in October knowing I would need it for rehab after a hip replacement surgery in November. I did not open the box until late January after my physical therapist cleared me for use. This was well past the return window. Set up was easy, and the first use went great, but when I went to use it the next day, it had deflated substantially. I filled it again, and used it again flawlessly, but by the next morning it had again deflated. It is clearly defective, but Amazon will not let me return it as I am outside the return window. I am hoping someone from Zelus will see this and help rectify the situation so I can update my review, because other than that, I really like the product!

I write this because the information wasn’t there when I was looking. My cheerleader wanted this to turn upside down and use for balance. The whole where you inflate the ball does not have a plug to make the bottom flat. The bottom of this one also has little non-slip feet, which is great if using it right side up 😂 Bit not upside down. Very sturdy and well made product. Nothing wrong with it, just not what I was expecting. Also the inflating tool was really cheap and get ready to spend 5 minutes blowing up.

It was so easy to blow up and set up! It’s prefect for my needs! I attend Club Pilates 3 week's and wanted to develop practice 2 x weeks at home and this product Zulus balance ball will allow me to practice posture at home!

Very disappointed bosu ball was damaged when I received it looked used and ripped from the centre. Please don’t buy it don’t waste your money or time. Very poor quality.

Don't think it's worth paying for the most common branded ball, this one is exactly the same you're used to see in the gyms.

Bought to help with strength training following injury but it kept deflating. If you’re happy to blow up every time you use it then it’s not bad for the price. Returned and ended off buying a real bosu.l
