This does more than I got it for. It is helping my flabby arms and core become normal again.
Great product.well made. I am using it for balance training and strength training . I broke my left patella. No the work begins to rebuild muscle, strengthening tendons, and restoring balance. 2 months of bed rest and no weight bearing, straight splinting 24hrs was a bear for an over active person.

Excellent addition to the home gym. VERY good quality. Easy to "pump up" and it stays inflated.

Decent quality
The main item (the half-ball) is fine or I would return this.The included pump was broken, missing a simple rubber flap on one of the two nozzles needed to control the airflow direction. I used the hose that was supposed to attach to the pump to inflate the exercise ball by mouth.Tossed the pump, saved the hose and spare plugs.

Doesn't hold air...
Update 2.28.25: Great customer service! A representative from Zelus did in fact reach out to me regarding the defective unit, and they sent out a replacement promptly! Thank you!I ordered this in October knowing I would need it for rehab after a hip replacement surgery in November. I did not open the box until late January after my physical therapist cleared me for use. This was well past the return window. Set up was easy, and the first use went great, but when I went to use it the next day, it had deflated substantially. I filled it again, and used it again flawlessly, but by the next morning it had again deflated. It is clearly defective, but Amazon will not let me return it as I am outside the return window. I am hoping someone from Zelus will see this and help rectify the situation so I can update my review, because other than that, I really like the product!

Quality of tools used by Physical Therapists.
First used this at my Physical Therapist’s clinic. It is a must for building core strength and stability. I have only on complaint: the instructions on the pump pieces to inflate is basically non existent. I checked online how to sites only to have dance music and super fast videos of the inflation process. Please add better illustrations and what goes where. My husband and I finally solved it. Should be more detailed.

Be careful - quality/design issue of handles
Great product until it broke in a very unexpected and dangerous way. BE CAREFUL! The molded plastic handle broke while being used and could have caused a very serious injury to the face/upper body.
