Very nice product liked it
Got the product on 10th Jan 20 , delivery took 4 days and reached on time. Delivery boy told company person will come and open the box but since it doesn't need installation we opened and assembled the plate. I don't whether it comes in black or not. Its too easy to fix. No company person came and no call from company. Its easy to use and solves the purpose of reheating , defrosting. Price is very reasonable. look wise also nice. Capacity is also good , a medium size plate fits in properly. Manual buttons are very easy to use. No problem till now. People are complaining about noise , but its not much. Normal heating of food etc will not take more than 2 minutes.

Cheap and hope for the best..
Built quality and design is nice. Was not aware that this is available in black color as well. Price is low compared to other ovens. The glass door does not have a handle and the push button for opening the door is not secured in a square socket. This might be a little problematic as the button gets pressed from the lower side and might break if not pushed properly. The oven also gets pushed back when u use this button. You will have to hold the oven if it is not fixed in a tray or a stand. I have kept it on the kitchen platform so its an issue. Not a big issue but still it can be a problem for some people. I also have a different brand oven which has the handle and the push button is secured in a square socket which makes it sturdy. But then it was expensive compared to this. The package was not marked as fragile and I saw the courier people handling the package in not so nice way. The warranty card is not stamped. Not an issue as long as the oven works. Working well at the moment.

Defective after warranty period
The media could not be loaded. After one year the On/ Off switch became defective.
