It's new, arrived promptly and overall, it's just what I needed! Do keep in mind that you will have to actually install Windows 11 Pro as the laptop, at least in my case, runs on Windows 10 as soon as you get it, though this will be at no further cost. Although the seller’s picture doesn't show it, the laptop actually has the AMD Ryzen Pro 3 symbol on it, if that makes a difference.Overall, am very pleased with this purchase. Thank you.

WELL worth it!
Fab product, I am so happy! I decided to switch to Linux and thinkpads were heavily recommended! It looks wonderful and professional, I have been converted to thinkpads :)
