I went by my only size 32 and had to return it and got a size 38 that I use in the second hole. Fits great.

Gorgeous belt, but the sizing directions (inexplicable) led me to order the wrong size, which is a DRAG. I'm a smart person, and all they need to do is SPECIFY that their measurement is the LENGTH OF THE BELT, or YOUR WASTE MEASUREMENT. Turns out, their measurement is YOUR WASTE MEASUREMENT.
