This is an amazing multifunctional stand mixers, It is heavy, but that is not a bad thing as it doesn't move when on full power. I have to cook everyday, I have been really want something like this powerful and got all these features a long long time, finally, I got this, I gotta say, that’s it, this is what I have been looking for, we love eating dumplings, I used to just chopped everything with a knife, now, this meat grinder do all the jobs for me, the mixer do the skin wraps, can you imagine how much time and energy I’ve save, and this thing, unbelievable powerful, so much features not gonna write it all out, you won’t be regret if you give it a try, and don’t forget it have a two years warranty on it.

Bought this item in 2018. Still works like new. The heating element is great for soup prep. Highly recommend. Unlike some reviewers, my family has had no issues and love this stand mixer. Love making our own bread and pizza dough.

I love this mixer. I am a home based baker/cake decorator and purchased because my faithful Cuisinart was struggling to keep up with demand. The only things I would change would be the paddle and whisk attachments and the heat skirt on the bottom of the bowl. This does not allow the bowl to be put in the sink. You have to wash and replace it to the stand right after using. It cannot be submerged. With that being said, it comes clean with a spray nozzle and hot water. Everything just wipes or rinses away on the inside of the bowl.With the attachments having the rubber wall swipes all over, it's almost overkill to the point it will just push the batter into the wall without mixing. You have to lay with the speeds to get it to catch and many times the speeds are opposite of what the recipe calls for. The whisk spokes separate while spinning and it sounds like the war of the worlds in your mixing bowl. It is easy to slip them back in place but doing this multiple times per recipe is time consuming.I use my mixer daily and really work it. I love the automatic features most of all. It allows me to have multiple things going while it mixes. If it could only pour cupcake batter it would be the most perfect appliance

I only had it for about 7 months then it became a paperweight. Motor just made a hmmm sound but nothing else worked. I was told it would cost about the same as buying a new one to fix it (warranty was up at 6months). I have a small family so I used it maybe 40 times in 7 months. Until the moment it stopped working I loved it reminded me of my mom's kitchen-aid. I sent it to the recycler in August so now it is in the great recycling center in the sky. If you buy a Mixer SM-1088 get the extended warranty or get a different model/maker.Harris (class of 1964)

All the features and accessories for the $$ it's not made of metal like the kitchenaid one I was originally going to buy for my wife but It comes with so much more for less $$ so far we've made use of the meat grinder to grinder our own mix of hamburger works pretty good the blender has a glass pitcher and the mixer we've made simple things like pancake batter and pudding

at first it impacts you because is a beautiful machine; has a lot of accessories, easy to put on and remove, powerful motor, does a fantastic job. Loved it!Update (removed 2 stars): after less than a year of regular household use, the blender base and blades aren't functional any longer.. big bummer...and I don't know how to get the spare parts;
