I’ve been struggling for face breakage and I’ve been exploring products that can ease my breakage till I found this product that really helped my face breakage stopped and at ease within a week 😍🥰 until now I’m using it and no plan to change

The product caused a serious burn to my skin, particularly around my eyes and cheeks. I contacted Amazon customer service, but they were incredibly rude and essentially claimed it was my skin issue, insisting there was no problem with the product as long as it wasn't expired, not putting in consideration that this might be caused from storage or a lot of other factors. I've used many products before, ranging from affordable to high-end, and I've never experienced anything like this. Now I’m facing hundreds in costs to repair the damage this serum caused to my face, if the damage can even be fixed, and they didn’t even offer an apology!!! Regardless, I’ve filed a complaint with consumer rights, and they've taken a sample of the product for testing. THANKS AMAZON
