Not as advertised.
I received the SCOBY in good shape. I did not get tea, sugar or instructions. Since this is my first attempt to grow the Kombucha I tried my best to try to find out how to do it.UPDATE: After sending two emails I finally got back a terse response from the seller, THE ATLANTIS GROUP, stating, "the tea and sugar are in the pouch with the Scoby". Well guess what? It was not. I tried to grow my Scoby by guessing the amounts of sugar and tea and other things and now my lil Scoby has got some sort of things, not babies, growing on it and it really, really stinks. Not sour but like something died. I called Amazon and Amazon is contacting the seller to get my order resent in it's entirety. I hope they comply. All I can say is, stay away from this seller. The Atlantis Group is not customer oriented and I am not happy with them. I will never order from them again. I hope the order I get this time will be OK> Thank you Amazon for your great customer service regarding this seller.
