First time using a BCAA mix. Really noticed a difference in my recovery if sipping during heavy workout. Way less sore afterwards. I don't like this flavor so much and will try another next time. The tanginess of it lingers in my throat when lifting but it is a must have for recovery

I pretty much trust flavor reviews for most supplements. But for me this one smelt like feet plain and simple. Aminocore is my favorite BCAA and but would suggest a different flavor. Blue Raspberry or Sour Apple is my go to.

This is one of my favorite flavors. I enjoy the fact it isn’t loaded with caffeine too.

Great taste, mixes great, and good amount of product for the price. Will repurchase when I eventually get to bottom of the container. I use a scoop daily in a 32 oz. nalgene bottle.
