Everything worked as expected , Direction's were easy to understand and installation was easy.

This works well. Lots of features. App is nice, but I work with it using Google Home.

Buyer beware.... absolute Garbage not only the product but their people. Its randomly locking and unlocking. The app is trash... if you have to reset your password you have to jump through hoops just for you to give you an error. But customer service... i said "stupid lock" and they responded to me with a threat of disabling my account for disrespecting their product. Yeah... someone expressing frustration... the best response is to attack and threaten the customer. They feel like the india scam callers who get mad at your for calling them out for being scammers. I dont trust them with my information or access to my home, why do you need to set up an account on their servers for access to your home is suspicious.

I wish I had installed this lock years ago! It’s easy to install, easy set up and sync when you download the app, and easy for kids to use. Not sure about battery life yet but overall so happy with this purchase!

I purchased the non-wifi version as my goal was to use Apple HomeKit from my nearby AirPods minis. HomeKit did work for open and closing the lock, but the door close sensors are not supported. The only way to get them to work is from within the Yale app. The result of that is that you cannot get door ajar notifications from the lock using the Yale app if you are not within Bluetooth range. The ajar sensor was one of my primary goals as our backdoor constantly gets left open by our kids. The only real solution is the buy the wifi version. The good news is that you can add the module afterwards, although I wasn't thrilled with another $75 to get it all to work. All of that said, now the lock and system work really well overall. I can set a door open timer that will automatically notify me if the door is left open for more than 5 minutes. I think you can set it as high as 30 minutes. The pin and app access work great. So, great setup, minus 1 star for having to buy the wifi module and the associated lack of full Homekit support. It was also a hastle getting the lock to work initially. I would suggest planning to do a hard reset of the physical lock (not just inside the app). That's what got it all working for me after a firmware update. Go search the web for how to do it.

Easy to install and a no-brainer to use. After the fact, of course I realize I wish I had gotten the WiFi enabled option but plan to get it and add it. Advantage then being that I can see and control access without being in Bluetooth range.

I really liked this product. It comes in black and satin nickel, and I love that it includes a keypad for entering a code and also comes with keys. It's incredibly practical and super easy to use. It's a product I would definitely buy again.

Very convenient. Love this version. Had to modify the existing wood depth a little but otherwise easy installation

Do NOT buy this if you’re in Australia !! Yale Australia tech support just told me you can’t use these in Australia and can’t add them in the Yale App because they’ve locked them all out. Their advice, get a full refund as seller should have told their customers this.

Seems to work fine for me in Australia, although I do have the ability to download US App Store apps as I used to live there and have an account still - has anyone tried creating an account in the US App Store? Another thing to try: I noticed that the app is exactly the same as the app used by my August door lock - in fact when I added the lock to the Yale Access app, it also added it to the August lock app and both work interchangeably - might be work try as a back door hack.
