Not meant for manly men lifting tons of weight, but my daughter-in-law loved it for her gift.

Not for adults!
This is not for an adult. The weight bench is designed for children. I bought this for my teenage son and it is too small for him.

I like the fact that it’s not very expensive and performs multiple functions. The instructions are not easy alonwith some screws that wont fit.
