PowerBear iPhone 7 Battery Case/iPhone 8 Battery Case [5000mAh] Music and Data Transfer | High Capacity Rechargeable Charger Pack (Up to 275% Extra Battery) - Black [24 Month Warranty]

I have this power case a day but I’ve had other PowerBear products before and they make a great product so I have no problem giving a five star rating. However, I will take away one star for the reasons I outline below.I use this on my iPhone 7. I initially had another PowerBear battery pack case on it but it was only 3100mah and it was longer when installed at bottom. It also didn’t use the Lightning cable like this one, you had to use a mini USB. Naturally that means you can’t use your regular iPhone earbuds or synch your phone when that case is on. This battery case lets you do that. My prior case would only charge my phone 1 and 1/2 times, this one should be good for a full two or more, we’ll see on that. It feels better in my palm too.My only gripes so far are outside feeling of this case, it’s smooth whereas my other one had a better rubberized coating and it just felt better in my hand, more secure. The sides on this one also come up short. The other PowerBear case wrapped around the top of the sides a bit and with the tempered glass sceen protector, the whole front surface was flush. With the screen protector on now and this case, it’s not. The protector rises above the case. It’s a little better for swiping certain things but I have to see about protection if I drop the phone on it’s face. With the older PowerBear case I knew the side protection would shield the screen. With this one, that protector will most likely shatter, crack or chip if I drop it face down.Other than that, I can’t complain. The price was right and I know their customer service is good so there should be no worries if something happens in the 24 month period.UPDATE: The lightning port on the case went south, it would only connect 50% of the time. I contacted PowerBear and their customer service was outstanding. In 3 days I had a new case delivered and this new one seems to work better than the prior one! I wonder if it was defective from the start.

The first one I bought lasted a few weeks. Then it became increasingly difficult for it to accept any light ing cord I had in order to charge both the phone and the case. Power Bear sent me a replacement. The replacement is experiencing the same problems after just a few weeks. I’ll have to get another one. Maybe third time will be the charm.Contacted PowerBear and they wouldn’t send a second replacement. Disappointing but not worth fighting about. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this case or this manufacturer.

No where in the description does this say PLUS sized so I was surprised that is what this is.USELESS.

So far I love it. Only 3 days of use as of now, so I can’t speak to how it will hold up over time, but the features just work. Works with my ear pods, easy to slip my phone out when I don’t need the giant battery, doesn’t block signal, i really like the screen protector that is included: some other reviewers say they don’t like the black PET top and bottom edge but I really like the look, and the fact that it takes the edge of the protector to the edges of the phone.And I suppose most importantly the battery works. I got this case because my phone was usually down to less than 10% at the end of work days and I’d have to hold off on making phone calls.. that’s a thing of the past now.

First of all if you want to charge the case it takes a lot of patience just to get the Power Cord / Charging conection to stay in place it falls out if the wind blows , extremely difficult to make sure it’s charging & the light is blinking so you know it’s working . It will give you extra power & charge your phone But you don’t get a lot of charge with it you’d be better off charging with a wall unit Or your car charger , Not at all happy with the quality . The case however has a good weight and feels nice in your hand

This product worked well but unfortunately it broke within a month of purchase. The piece that plugs into the phone started coming lose within the first week or so of use and by a month's time (delivered 6/6/16), the charge piece fell out and the product is now useless. Unfortunately I am now outside of the return window and have wasted my money.

Got it yesterday and so for so good. The only thing I don’t like is the weight seem to be heavyer now. But adjusting to that is easy. Another is you can’t see the percentage of battery it’s very important to know exactly how much is on the charger. Not talking about color simple of a round about. So I’m trying to find an app the shows your charger percentage.

The bezel around the screen isn't high enough from the screen and will not protect the screen from low drop. Overall bezel around the phone isn't ruggedly made and is very thin. Battery seems like it will last a while tho
