My favourite thing about the bag is the wide, padded shoulder straps which prevent it from digging in to my daughters shoulders (unlike cheaper ones we've tried!) She's 11 and uses this bag for secondary school. She has to carry a fair bit of stuff and walks to school so we needed a strong, comfortable bag and this has been perfect. It also has lots of pockets and stands up to the rain pretty well too!

Bought this as my daughter's school bag. She loves all the different compartments and can fit loads in it!

This is a lovely two-toned colour backpack, with the top being white and the bottom light green. The bag has a good size, big enough for a 15 - 16 inches laptop. It also came with a white, soft pompom keychain for hanging onto the zipper as decoration. The shoulder straps are adjustable and padded for the more comfortable and less tiring shoulders.The backpack offers a thoughtful compartmentalization, including dedicated pockets for laptops, and a mesh zipper pockets for small items. This helps students keep their belongings organized and easily accessible. There is a front zipper pocket for easy access of small items, also two size pockets for umbrella and/or water bottle.Overall I think this is a very nice backpack for day to day use to school or to work. Although it seems to be well made, I don't suggest to overloading the backpack as the straps might tear overtime due to heavy weight.

Great quality strong bag..plenty of space and compartments but not too wide. Straps easy to adjust..great to have the straps to keep water bottles in tightly. Really pleased with purchase. Lasting very well as school bag.

Got this bag for my little girl after reading the review and pictures that they look good quality.Unfortunately, the bag we received is not that great. Uneven stitches, not aligned fabric stitches, even the thread is coming apart and loose. The quality control on this is like no quality control at all.Given the material used inside and outside the bag, don’t expect it will give you years long service. And make sure don’t put too many things in the bag as it can’t hold much before the threads fall apart.
