OvationCelebrity Elite CE44-RBB (Reversed Blue Burst)

I've had a couple of Applause guitars. Thought I'd try the Real McCoy. I have to say I'm blown away with the instrument! First off, I'm surprised that I could buy this guitar for less than £400.00 ( less impressed that the case cost me £110.00!) I couldn't ever spend £1000 on a guitar. It would be lovely to have a guitar at that level, but where could ye play it? I play at home, I play local gigs in skull orchards, and I play in church halls. I've heard guitarists tell of galloping teenagers smashing their guitars in church halls!This cracker of a guitar was perfect straight out of the box. The action suits me down to the ground, the neck is perfect, no tweaking needed. All I had to do was tune it up, and it held tuning, which makes me think that the suppliers had it in tune, then detuned it for transport. I'd like to know what breed of strings are fitted cos they sound great.Enough gush! I'm loving it and I'd recommend it to any and every one!

Action intonation balance fast slender. neck exelent but frets needed a polish on arrival. But lovely guitar very pleased.
