Headband fitted, think its kid size though
Great headband and tail, couldn't use the bowtie though as too small!

You get what you pay for
They looked good but Cheap for a reason. The elastic around the tail is incredibly small need to attach it with a pin really (was even too small for my 2 year old). the plastic head band in the ears broke through the material easily.
