Good balanced workout
I love the instructor, Josh Taylor. He is motivating, inspirational, and encouraging. The video is a good solid and balanced strength workout with a 25 minute climb. The only complaint is the workout length. The actual workout, including warm up, was only 34 minutes long. I do a minimum of 45 minutes when I spin. I had to rewind the video back 10 minutes to get my full workout. Still would recommend it for beginners and intermediate spinners. Just keep your DVD remote nearby for a longer workout.

I love spinning and since I am unable to go to the gym decided to workout at home. I purchased a bike but just wasn't motivated to workout on my own. Using the dvd really works great. I almost feel like I am in a class setting. really love it.

Disappointing
I have taken many spin classes and was disappointed with this DVD. I didn't get into the workout and just wanted the instructor to stop talking. I am motivated enough to go down to my basement and workout and really could do with out the constant blah blah....I did sweat and get a good workout because I stayed on the bike for the entire time; however, I would have liked variety (sprints, climbs, etc) that would have been matched to good music.

Excellent instruction
The spinning.com DVDs are great. They post the rpm and resistance level on the screen. Instructors are very clear and motivational. Like these very much.

Buen circuito de fuerza
La rutina corresponde a la zona de fuerza por tanto toda la rutina simula escalar una montaña.El instructor aunque avienta mucha palabrería motivacional, indica bien las instrucciones a seguir, como cuidar la forma y los parámetros para no salirte de la zona.En general es una buena rutina.
