Loved the quality
In Eastern part of India, specifically a state called Bihar, there's this dish called Litti Bharta. I needed these Bengal Grams to make Sattu Flour out of it as I haven't found any authentic Sattu in US till now. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor out of these bengal grams. Tastes just like back home. The sattu tastes amazing and so does the litti. Will rebuy in a heartbeat.
