I loved it until I didn't anymore!
After only two weeks of wearing daily, the clip snapped and now it is inconvenient to use because I am a woman and the fashion industry does not provide pockets in every piece of clothing. As far as the software goes, it is a good, basic pedometer. It counts steps, milage, and has a clock. There is no smartphone app attached to it, and it doesn't have a timer which is honestly why I ended up getting it in the first place.Honestly though, it does exactly what it says it will and I did use it daily until the clip broke. It does exactly what it says it will do.

Good pedometer, but I have arthritis and this isn't a good fit for me.
I really like this pedometer and its features. However, since I have an uneven gait, it rarely is accurate with the number of steps that I take. Also, since it doesn't start recording steps until I get to step #9 (ignoring the first 8 steps) it doesn't record my steps when I'm stopping and starting (as a busy mom I often take 3 steps then stop to pick stuff up then take 5 steps and stop to pick something else up and none of those steps are being recorded 😡). It doesn't record all of my spent energy so its rather disappointing to see my numbers at the end of the day.It comes with a belt clip and a lanyard, and this clip is A LOT better than some of the pedometer clips out there. When I used the lanyard it was always dangling in my way. And even though it has a nice belt clip, it was still getting dropped and spun off whenever I "dropped trou" to use the bathroom. I improvised a short tether and then safety pinned it to my waistband and that kept it from hitting the floor but not from coming off. I finally clipped it to my underwear band and tried to keep it tucked inside my waistband. It helped but doesn't keep it from falling off completely. Maybe I'm just too active/rough while chasing after my kiddos and cleaning house? I dunno.*Added* It's been almost 3 years now. I've had to change the battery twice now. It is still functioning just like when I first got it. Clipping it inside my pants (between my underwear and pants) worked the best to keep it attached. Still not very accurate with my uneven gait until I get to over 600 steps. I improvised a pocket that straps on around my leg just under my knee and it is a lot more accurate. Still using and liking this pedometer. I'm ordering more for my hubs and 3 of my girls. We've wasted our money on other pedometers that are just not durable enough and haven't survived a month of the abuse my husband dishes out to these devices. It's going to undergo some rigorous real-life testing. XD I'll report back again.

OZO Fitness SC 3D Digital Pedometer
I thought this unit would be perfect for tracking number of steps, calories burned, etc. But, I found this unit very difficult to program. It moves from one setting item to another without enough time to set the first item. When emailed for help, reps were polite, but it took as much as 15 days to receive a reply. Haven't been able to use it.

I like everything about this delivery. As shaving cream, I use it for shaving.

Great little tracker
I got addicted to having an activity tracker about 4 years ago, had and replaced several lost or broken Fitbit Zips. After losing the last one I decided I didn't want to spend so much on my next tracker and opted to try one with no connectivity. This OZO pedometer was one of the smaller ones I could find and it still seemed kind of big when it arrived, especially compared to my old Fitbit Zip. But it is really lightweight and, other than connectivity, has a few more features than the Zip, such as active minutes per day and running totals of everything for the past seven days. The bigger display is super easy to read and I like that it shows the time at the bottom, you don't have to advance the display to see it.The setup seemed confusing at first but once you've done it, you realize the directions are completely accurate. For me, instead of step-by-step directions, this is an easier way to understand how to set up the device:While the display is showing today's step count, hold the top button until "ADJ" flashes on the top and "12 hr" flashes on the bottom. From that point on, use the bottom button only to change a setting.Otherwise, keep pressing the top button to advance to the next setting until you get to one you want to change.Be aware that some of the settings have multiple positions (eg; time has hours, minutes and seconds) and you need to press the top button to advance to each of them. Here are some of the things that threw me at first:If using the 12 hr clock, be sure to advance the hour through to set AM/PM correctly. The Year entry, at least on mine, started at 2016, don't forget to advance that to the current year otherwise leap years will not be handled correctly. The Daily Target entry has SIX digits! So you have to advance through each of the six positions. If you make a mistake, stop pushing buttons and just wait for 30 seconds, then start over.I find the clip makes the unit kind of thick and bulky, plus it doesn't hold very tight to clothing. Luckily the clip slides right off so I don't use it. I use a small carabiner to attach the OZO to a belt loop.So far so good, I am giving 5 stars. I will update if anything changes after I have had it for a while.

calorie count fail
The clock and step count are within are within range but the calories burned is totally inaccurate. The calories calculated is much lower than it should be compared to other pedometers I have and phone app.

Works Well
Great pedometer. Just the right size and is easy to read. I like the button placement. Programming is easy, although you do have to go through the entire programming sequence every time you want to make a change. This is not onerous, since you can just confirm the settings you don't want to change. When programming your stride length, you will get a more accurate result if you use centimeters since they are smaller that inches. I'm getting about 1% difference between this unit and a GPS when I use the two together. Given the variability in my stride length from day to day, I think this is pretty impressive. Recommended.

Uncomplicated and very effective
My husband has recently started walking again as we have just recently acquired a new puppy and exercising the dog is essential. He wanted to know how far he had walked, calories burned etc so I bought him the pedometer as an incentive to go go further and more frequent. As a result he is now getting fitter and losing weight, as an added bonus he no longer snores.

It works well and easy to set up
Ilike the fact that it keeps track of my steps. I like the fact that I can also know how many calories I burn. All of this every day and it also shows a total of steps since I started.I also like that it starts over each day at 0 - does not need to be charged. It runs on a battery like a digital watch, and just requires a 2032 battery when the battery needs changing. And I like the price - it was only $29.99.

Love it, , , hate it, , ,
Love the fact it is intuitive to set up and read once in use. Easy to track previous days, etc. Auto re-set at midnight works to me and try to use daily. Hate? Have lost the same thing twice for multiple days having slipped off my belt. Perhaps there was a retaining strap but not installed if there was. Won't hold on wider belts. SO (drum roll please),,, would I recommend? Sure. Operations are so great,,, kept looking for it when lost! If it doesn't come with a support strap, make one.
