These vitamins don't have a bad taste, help with energy levels, Mixes well and priced well so it's easy on the wallet. Works great for me. I mix it up with juice and it's been good so far.

Item is pretty easy to use, though the different measurements on the bottle are a little confusing. If you're looking for a specific dosage, there's a hint on the bottle that it's about 20 drops per 8.5mg of B6 (or about 0.425mg per drop). We add 32 drops for our 51 pound kid to his juice in the morning.I will say, despite the studies suggesting vitamin B6 helps with mood in kids with ADHD, I'm not sure it's helping us. It's hard to say if the effect is subtle or if this brand doesn't actually have the amount of B6 indicated.
