Ok, so I got this because I'm lazy and need some sand for basing my miniature models. This is perfect (if not cost efficient) for this purpose.As for the kit and the purpose it's sold for... it's pretty sweet! There are 12 different colors of sand. Each "painting" stencil/outline provided comes with the 5 colors needed for recreating their color scheme.Very cool art project set for kids during holiday/summer breaj

This is a nice sand art kit. I like that you get a range of colors, and come in bottles with spout tops on them. You also get some small bags of sand attached to some kind of chart, and paper projects that you can glue sand to to color them.My only complaint is that sand is very fine, so might be hard to clean up. Especially if you have younger kids using this kit.

I ordered this for my grandson.This kit consists of a dozen bottles of brightly colored sand and a set of cards that you can use the sand to color in. The cards aren't even mentioned in the listing, but they're not very good. I'll actually toss the cards before my grandson plays with this sand, as I'd rather watch him figure out what he can do with it.The colors are very bright. The sand is very fine, almost powder-like. My main criticism is that there is not enough sand. My guess is that once my grandson gets his hands on this, he'll use up all the sand on a single project.

The sand colors are bright, these were great for smaller projects with my nephews! The set comes with stickers/stencils. I would have liked to see a bit bigger amount of sand, but for tiny hands it is a great amount.

These are better than expected. Fun and bright colors I just love these. Will buy more as gifts.
