The weighted heating pad and belt is supplied with a battery, a USB-C charging cable, a spare blanket to battery cable, and a set of instructions, all packaged in a smart zippered bag. Although the battery is USB-C charged, the connection to the blanket is with a coaxial connector, this makes the battery unique to the blanket, so a standard power pack can’t be used. Battery level is shown by three blue LEDs on the battery, for low, medium and high, when the button on the battery is pressed. In use the battery is connected with the coaxial plug and fits in a pocket on the blanket, this can be secured by a small popper. Heat setting is by a button on the blanket, with red for high heat, about 65°C, white for medium, about 55°C, and blue for low heat, about 45°C, very easy to do. The blanket works very well, we took it on holiday, it weighs about 1 kg, and my wife found it eased her back pain and the fact that it was weighted helped the blanket conform to her body. It can be a little too hot on high but it does drop down to medium heat after about 5 minutes or so if no buttons are pressed. Battery life was about 2 to 3 hours. The blanket is of a high quality, well made with neat strong seams and works well.

The heat pad has what feels like sand bags inside to add weight, it’s not that weighted but is noticeable. It includes a portable battery, charge cable and a spare connector cable. The heat pad can be used as a something to rest over a limb or shoulder or by using the included cord it can be tied around your waist and it’s easily long enough for this. A single hoop on each side did hold the pad around my back and I prefer it’s not attached permanently as it’s more compact if placed over a shoulder our around your neck.It starts warming up quickly, but does take a few minutes to reach full temperature. It also does t get as hot as stated, I would say around 50 degrees max. The heat is more noticeable if you place something over it, or wear under a jumper as it insulates the pad keeping the heat in. One issue is the battery connects to the pad using a round plug not USB so you cannot connect any portable battery you may have as would be the case if it connected using USB. It means if the battery fails then you will likely need to buy a special one or one from the manufacturer. The battery that comes with it seems to be working well and holds the charge ok, it also includes a battery level indicator. At the time of reviewing its a little expensive given the size, even with the included battery, no issues with quality and it’s great for easing shoulder pain.

Really simple to use. It comes with a charger.The zip was stuck on our storage bag but that doesn't effect the use.The battery pack has 3 heat settings. And they work well.The facric is super soft to touch and it feels well made.It warms up well and seems to keep warm for a decent amount of time and the weight feels comforting.There is a strap a little bit similar to a dressing gown strap that you can use to tie the blanket in to position.

I'm slightly embarrassed to admit that I got this for my Siamese cats. Like many other felines, they are sensitive to colder temperatures, especially during winter months. Using this electric pad keeps them comfortable and warm during cold winter nights. This electric pad/blanked is powered via a power bank, which is handy as you don't have to rely on an electrical socket.
