The product was of very low quality it’s broken already

The letter necklace is very dainty!I was looking for an elegant gift for my wife and I discovered this company.All the jewelry on Wish Carat is beautiful. I decided on this letter necklace. My wife got compliments on it everyday. I appreciate that the company has a quality product. I will likely be getting one for my girlfriend also. I would recommend it to other buyers.

This necklace did not feel like real gold as soon as I took out of the box. The chain felt stiff and rigid, like a cheap necklace. I looked at the clasp and it was stamped S. STEEL (stainless steel?). This item is listed and sold as 14K gold, so clearly this is false advertising. I returned it!

Definitely worth it!!! It’s actually so much nicer in person. Still small it’s a great stacker piece.

Looks nothing like the advertised pictures. The initial doesn’t move freely across the chain as in advertised pictures. Clearly stamped S STEEL(stainless steel) not 14k. Failed gold test. Feels cheap hollow and lightweight, clasp is poorly made and has started to tarnish on the inside already. Very disappointing and scammy.
