Looking for a new shampoo and conditioner and decided to give this product a try. For the price, this product exceeded my expectations and left my hair soft, full and smelling good. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking to trying something new.

I have wavy, unmanageable hair normally. After using this shampoo and conditioner set my hair is noticeably healthier and less prone to frizz and knots.

In my journey to reducing my plastic use, I have been using bar shampoo and conditioner for close to 7 years now. The holy grail for me is one that was advertised on FB to me way back when, but sometimes I wonder if there are better options out there, cheaper, etc. So from time to time, I try others, because switching up product from time to time seems to be a good thing for my skin and hair.FIRST IMPRESSIONS - This set includes shampoo and conditioner that come nicely packaged in separate canisters contained in a box together. It is a lot of packaging, although nicely done. If you dry the products out really well after using them I guess you could use the canisters for travel cases.SHAPE - The shape of the bars makes for less efficient use, in my opinion. I would rather they just be rectangles or circles. Once you start to use them and the shape wears down a bit, they don't like to stand up on the rack in the shower and fall down instead of standing up.SCENT - The shampoo bar is a very strong and masculine, cologne-y type of scent to my nose. I dislike it so much. The conditioner has a nice, sweeter, muskier scent. I like the scent of the conditioner so much better and don't understand why the scents don't coordinate.SHAMPOO - The shampoo lathers very well and easily. I would rate the lather as much better than my #1 bar shampoo. The problem is it is VERY drying.. it makes my hair feel like straw.CONDITIONER - The conditioner is very light. No matter how much of it I use, it doesn't counteract the terrible drying quality of the shampoo. I first massage the bar on my hands to kind of activate the conditioner, then I like to rub it onto my ends directly for the best results. The shape of these bars doesn't really allow for my preferred method, and it is awkward. I just don't feel much moisture from the conditioner here at all. My usual conditioner bar makes my hair extremely soft and shiny and slippery, so it is easier to detangle. This conditioner doesn't help detangle my hair at all.FINAL THOUGHTS - I really wanted to like this set so I'd have something to switch my regular bars up with, but this one is a no for me. And it was more expensive than my typical set. But I do love that more options for plastic free haircare are becoming more available, so that is a huge plus in my opinion! For people with brittle and dry hair that needs extra care and moisture I don't recommend this set. I think if you are used to regular shampoo & conditioner products and have normal hair, this will work perfectly for you.

This is not for fine or thin hair. The conditioner bar is horrible. Rips out your hair no matter how gently you rub. My hair looked greasy and heavy after each use. Would not recommend. Love the product features like the packaging and sulfate free. Just did not work for me.

Smells good!

I have very difficult hair, it’s always dying and dry, there’s not a lot of products I like..But this shampoo works perfectly for my hair! It makes it feels so soft and healthy! I will definitely be buying this as my regular shampoo. I’ve tried other bar shampoo and conditioner products and this one is the best. I also love that there is no offensive smells, and the shampoo has a great lather. ( I actually also use this as my face cleaner and like it a lot for that too) it’s a great ingredient list. And you’re helping the ocean and the turtles! Absolutely a five star product!

This sulfatefree set of hard Shampoo and Conditioner with argan oil is a real exciting discovery for me! I love the results: my dry and damaged hair became soft and hydrated. I am pleased with how clean the ingredients are. I am happy with this product and recommend it to everyone.

Works well. Shampoo lathers well. I feel like I'm not getting enough conditioner but still happy with the set.
