The laptop doesn't work
The laptop doesn't work, it won't turn on, and I wanted a 100% functional laptop. I was waiting for it for my work. I just requested a refund, and this is on record that the computer won't turn on.

One dud, one winner
The laptop itself is great. I am looking for remote work, so I needed something reliable and not too flashy. This laptop fits the bill. I took one star off because the first laptop I received wouldn't load properly and I had to send it back.

Dell Latitude 7490
This machine is performing up to my expectations. The processor has fast speed with good battery life. The size and weight is unbelievable great. Definitely a good valve for the money.

Awesome laptop! Excellent support!
I love this laptop; it is fast and reliable. I have one at work, so I know how good it is, that's why I ordered one for my home use. The laptop arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date, upon open the box, I found that the power cord was missing! I contacted LAPRO asking for the missing part and got response almost immediately. LAPRO send me the power cord right way and I got it at my door the next day! What an excellent support! Other than that, the laptop looks like new and runs like new as well :) Exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. It serves my purpose. I definitely will buy from LAPRO again. ❤️ 100% recommended!
