Dal Gosh Preparation Process :- 1) Take 1 Kg Mutton, 250 Grams Chanaq, 250 Grams Masoor Dal. Boil with Turmeric Powder, Salt, Curry Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Bay Leaf, Whole Garam Masala and Tomatoes. 2) Warm the oil and add two fine chopped Onions when cooked properly add Mutton, little water, Turmeric Powder & Salt. When this process is done add the special Gigani Dal Gosh Masala , Tomatoes, Whole garam masala, Cumin seeds, Bay leaf, Curry Leaves, Chopped green chillies, Coriander leaves & Gourd. Cook it on low temperature until gourd is done and then mix it with blended dal cooked before. 3) Its all done now sprinkle coriander leaves and serve it with lime for an amazing taste.
