Can you describe a drink as mouthwatering? Now let’s talk ingredients. Ashwagandha, collagen, spirulina, chlorella, kale—sounds like a whole health food aisle packed into one scoop. And with 5 billion CFUs of probiotics per serving, my belly felt like it got a tune-up. I really DO feel more alive after drinking it, until at least the afternoon, and sometimes if I feel a need for "a lil somethin", I'll mix this drink up and I'm ready to go again in a jiffy. It’s sugar-free, caffeine-free, gluten-free, and drama-free. No blender needed, no fridge required. Just mix it with cold water and go. I shook mine up in a mason jar, gave it a little swirl like I meant business, and it came out smooth and easy. Other days, just add it to room temperature water, stir, and drink. It mixes well with no clumping at the bottom of the cup. I've also added to my iced tea and THAT'S a tasty refresher also! I am wondering about sprinkling it on ice cream, nah, but you could.....have a stawberry/lemonade dessert, or better, make a shake with low-fat ice cream. After a few days, I noticed my energy felt steadier, my joints weren’t fussin’ as much, and my skin had a little extra glow. This is a great product! I had surgery on my colon two years ago & The go has been a challenge ever since. But this product helps so much with that! My only issue is, it is hard to find this size when I need it. The product works better than any other brands that I have tried. It taste pretty good. I did find that it blends better if you use a shaker cup with the mixing ball. Very easy to drink & helps so very much with digestion.

I started taking this daily in mid-July and have taken it every morning for three months. I waited to post this review to ensure I was not operating under the delusion of the placebo effect as well as to rule out interactive effects of other medicines. I'm a quasi-introverted scientist in my 60's and overweight. I spend a great deal of time in front of a computer: work and hobbies. Pros: - After two weeks I noticed that my mind seemed sharper. Particularly, I was able to follow analytical and in-depth discussions with colleagues, family, and friends. I was able to rebut opposing views as well as to express mine without that usual fog that might slow me down in the past. - Endurance of mental activity. I'm able to converse with people for 2 to 5 hours at a time, bouncing between rational and emotional conversation, without quitting or growing tired. This surprised me. I can only do this a few days a week - but I was unwilling to do this in the past recent years. - "Want too's". Many of you find yourself sitting or lying down, maybe unable to generate the motion necessary to start on your next task. Now, each morning, I arise and put my feet to the floor, and begin the day. On the way to work, I'm thinking and rethinking problems and possible solutions as I arrive at my job. In the past, I would dream about that first cup of coffee on that sleepy ride to work. - Self-control. This is an interesting change over the past 3 months. I am not driven to drink coffee as in the past. There are days where I have none - but my work performance remains stronger. - Improved reactions to interruptions. You know, at work and home, many interruptions are unwelcome - and my cantankerous old man manifests itself. Now, I seem to go with the flow in most cases and am able to return to my task after I have dealt with the interruption in a polite and courteous way. - Regularity. This is something we older people deal with and I have seen considerable consistency Cons: - By week two, I was tired of the flavor. Kind of like eating spam too many days in the row. I just swallowed the 8 oz of fluid to be done for the day. However, It didn't bother me by week three. I may have been a bit under the weather. - High cost on Amazon. In July, I purchased Round house at a reasonable price of about $1.50 per day (based upon monthly cost). I went to buy it in August and the price had shot up very high. I'm guessing supply and demand from the vendor. I found I could get subsequent amounts much cheaper buying in bulk from the Roundhouse website. I suggest managing your expectations. Most of my improvements have been with my levels of concentration desire to do more things. This has led directly to me walking more, getting out of the house and doing things with my wife, and expending more energy hanging with people that I know. My wife and daughter, when asked, have confirmed that they have seen significant improvement which they describe as being a more 'youthful' husband and father. I have lost weight because of this increased motivation to move and do. That's my testimony. I did purchase a six-month supply after seeing the effects in my life. Good luck with your experiences.

This stuff is so good, great flavor, gives me energy, and easy to fix. I would recommend this to anyone.

It works well to boost energy (+5 stars) and make my old joints move well for 8-10 hours. It took about 8-10 days to notice a difference. However, I do need 2 scoops (- 1/2 star) for it to be effective. Therefore, it makes this product very expensive at >$110 a month (- 1/2 star). The flavor is tolerable like a green sweet juice, but not overly sweet - just right on a blistering hot day (+1/2 star)! Compared to other brands this one lacks the same amount of fiber which I find odd since it has a lot of grasses and greens (-1/2 star). Additionally, it lack vitamins and minerals that comparable brands have (-1/2 star). It is 3-4 times higher in price as well and because I need 2 scoops its a bit out of my budget! The green powder doesn't dissolve so you need to rinse your shaker out immediately or you will be soaking it for days to get the grit out (-1/2 star). If I were a millionaire, i’d not ever hesitate to buy this and use it everyday! But at the price, I need to look for other alternatives.

Tastes good gives me a kick and I replaced my morning coffee with something healthier

It has helped me with my energy and attitude in the morning!!! I have to have a scope in my water everyday in the morning. It definitely helps me focus and just an over all good energy/ mood!

This was good. The flavor was a little strong for me and gave me indigestion. It wasn't bad but it just wasn't for me. So glad I tried it though.
