Perfect fit
Fits perfect and the magnetic slider makes cleaning a breeze.

Not perfect
Fits my cups perfectly but the grip around the rim doesn't keep the lid held down properly. It's very precarious at times and after a few times of removing it to clean and put back on it does stretch a fair amount.

…but it didnt fit my tumblr. My fault, since I didnt read the whole description and thought it would fit any 30oz. Now its in a drawer waiting for the time when I get something it will actually fit.

Easier to clean
It is just as effective as the solid plastic sliding sipping lid but because the magnet can detatch cleaning is easier
