Q: What is the diameter of the holes at the top? Id like to attach grommets to make it last longer.

The diameter is 1/4 inch. Attaching grommets is a great idea.

Q: Does this come with S-shaped hooks or do they clip closed?

The hooks are each shaped like an "O" with a small opening to put it through the hole and onto the curtain rod. White plastic. I didn't use them. Instead I separately purchased metal hooks that clip closed.

Q: If it does not fit my shower, can I cut it? or will that ruin it?

I don't see why you should not be able to cut the curtain if needed. However, I have a shower stall, which is smaller than a regular tub, and it fits fine.

Q: How can I choose the first primary color scheme only, I don't want the other options?
