Useful little tools for sure
After having several pound cakes that had stuck on just one part coming out of the pan, these help to get the cake out much more easily. The long flat piece is used to separate the cake from the outside of the pan. When I use this piece, the cake comes out with very little effort. It will bend some due to the heat, but just turn it around and continue. Overall, good purchase and I'm happy with it.

I used it today to unpan a fancy Bundt cake. First time ever of getting the Cake out of the pan with no blemishes or stuck corners. Worked great.
