Oxford Aerosol Nitrocellulose Lacquer – Clear Lacquer – Vintage Formula

This nitrocellulose shot pretty well. I don't have experience using Nitro, but got a cheap guitar kit to stain and nitro finish. This stuff is great quality and the flat tip laid a pretty nice coat. So, I recommend this brand. But, learn from my MASSIVE mistake.Man this thing started beautiful and was exactly what I was hoping for. I shot one can then scraped the guitar with the grain and sanded. I was stoked. A big storm moved into Georgia and must have raised the humidity. Though I was fully climate controlled. I opened the garage for the very strong odor. Well the finish went from a beautiful clear to a blotchy milkey white. I continued thinking maybe more would flow out the blush. Nope.... I ruined the finish.So... TAKE IT FROM ME.... NO HUMIDITY WHEN SHOOTING NITRO!

Very nice lacquer and the one you want if you are going for a vintage look or an aged finish. It will check and discolor just me like the real deal. Wonderful!

Great choice. First time spraying a guitar body. Turned out way better than expected. Had no runs. I did watch a lot of videos in preparation, but I will say super pleased with the results. This has choice of 2 nozzles and I think the fan option was awesome. My 2 cents anyway.
