Not as good as previous version
I run about 45 km each week.I've been running with zoom fly 4 for about 18 months and in my experience, the newer version don't hug the feet as well.But overall it's good

After 25 miles of running..
They suck. Cuts on my foot and it started making weird sounds overtime. The guy at the show shop said they aren’t made for running? Definitely felt like it
