Great for widower's hump and neck pain.
As we age, so many people develop a hump. I got a bone scan because I lost about a half inch in height. My scan was totally normal!!! So I knew it was a posture problem. This device really retrains your neck to be in the proper position. The only thing is, you really need to use it regular, especially in the beginning, because it's a little uncomfortable to try to correct a bad neck....it gets easier with use though. Definitely try it if you either suffer from neck pain, or have a curvature of the spine like me!

Has two different stretches!
Love this product. Ive been worried recently about my posture. I caught a glimps of my nevk bump and I was horrified! I Started using this for ten minutes a night and it’s helped tremendously. One side gives your neck a deep stretch, the other side is more mild. I would start out with the mild stretch. At first it may not feel like its doing much but after a few minutes you will feel it! Has it corrected my hump yet? Not yet. But has it helped with my neck pain? Absolutely.

It’s simple tool with great impact for neck pain and alignment
I go to chiropractor for back and neck health. I am always looking for ways to do home maintenance. This is a great tool to help align cervical spine. Simple , easy and affordable.

Great solution for posture improvement
The Neck Stretcher came with an instruction sheet explaining how to ue it. You start with the beginner position and after a week or so, you flip it over to the more rigorous position. From what I've seen in pictures and videos it looks like it is going to work. There are also motorized ones but you get the results from the neck excercise and the motorized one is probably for massage.I am looking forward to seeing an improvement in my posture.

Nope.
I have military neck (cervical kyphosis) so i bought this to help. It hurts! I felt like it was actively doing damage of my neck. I would get up feeling dizzy after using it too. Way too harsh of a curve for someone with actual neck problems.
