This pan works great. Non stick with everything I’ve used for, eggs, sautéed veggies, shrimp, ect.I gave it 4 stars because I’ve only used it for a week or so. The true test for nonstick cookware is longevity, we’ll have to wait and see how it performs after time.

The nonstick surface is very good. Heat distribution is even. I use it for cooking eggs and the extra ingredients do not cause eggs to stick. Cleanup is very easy. I only use it at low to medium heat, but the bottom seems warped up at the center.

I have been a fan of OXO products for a very long time, and this small non-stick frying pan is no exception! They don't live long with regular use, but this sturdy little pan will probably outlive the last several we've had. It's perfect for frying some eggs or a couple of pieces of salmon. It cleans so easily it is practically effortless!

OXO makes great stuff, half my kitchen is OXO made! But this pan is a cut above. It cleans with one swipe of a sponge, NOTHING sticks to it. The only beef I have is that the handle gets too hot...but maybe I missed that I could buy a silicon handle cover! I bought a few of those Michaelangelo "Copper" pans (they're not copper of course, it's just the color) and they are junk by comparison. A few months in with those and you'll NEVER be able to clean them.

I purchased to replace a fry pan I had used for years. This new pan is great! I have always depended on OXO products and this one does not disappoint.

The surface of the frying pan is very slippery. Food just slides around and does not stick. We have an induction stove, and this frying pan works great.

A lightweight, durable non-stick pan that works on induction stoves, is oven safe up to 600 degrees, and a very reasonable price.All positives and no negatives for me.

It is very lightweight, and the coating seems durably and is very slick, but on my Elica induction stovetop, which will boil 4 cups of water in < 4 min on setting of 7 (in a my other pots) it took over 20 minutes on setting 7 to cook a 5-egg omelette with the glass cover on (on two occasions). I think of OXO as a good brand but this pan is a miss for induction cooking and shouldn’t have been represented as an induction ready pan.
