Q: Which bands would I require. I am 58, weigh 128 pounds and want to begin to exercise

The resistance bands are colour coded and the red one, which is the first one is for a strength of 15- 35 lbs, which is not your body weight, and when starting out exercising is more than sufficient. They are cheap enough to buy and comes with a booklet of exercises you can follow.

It depends on the exercises you want to do. I use different bands for different exercises including blue, green, black and red. You may be best buying a mid range band and seeing how you get on, then adding extra bands as you need them.
