These Mikuni HSR42 / HS40 Air-filter mounting brackets suit Harley Davidson XL 1000 Iron Head Sportster models when installing Mikuni K&N air-cleaners. Besides Mikuni K&N air-filters this mounting kit can be used for universal applications mounting many aftermarket air-cleaners to Mikuni and other carburetors. The two spacers supplied are for use with the Mikuni HS40 and are not required with the HSR42 The lower angles tags use the inner lifter block studs or bolts for mounting and at the top there are 3x 5/16″ (8mm) stud locations.
