Worked well. I preferred using this to the pouches that were part of the mastectomy shirts and camisoles I also purchased. It allowed the bulbs to hand lower, by my waist and they were easily accessible. It dried quickly, so I could use it almost immediately after washing. I did not use the smaller black one, as I had 4 drain bulbs to accommodate. So, my remarks concern the white mesh with blue ties. The ties are very long and would readily accommodate plus sizes, or may otherwise be cut - though, frankly, there is no need since you can also just tuck the extra into your jeans.

Convert all your clothes to post-mastectomy clothes!
I looked at a TON of options while I was preparing for my mastectomy. And you can get a lot of things! Bathrobes, shirts, all with interior pockets to hold your drain bulbs. I opted for this set instead and I couldn't be happier. I had the drain in for eighteen days, but for me, the surgery wasn't that difficult, and I was up and walking outdoors the next day. Having the drain pouch meant that it was comfortable and easy to change clothes and to wear under my clothes while I was out. Having the mesh pouch for showering made it very comfortable and easy to swap pouches to take a shower. I was allowed to shower after 48 hours, which was sweet relief! I highly recommend this set as a convenient way to keep the pouch managed and still. It's pretty uncomfortable when the drain tube gets tugged or moved around, so having a nice pouch to keep everything was really convenient. The quality is great.

Useful but not very sturdy
This was definitely helpful after bilateral mastectomies. I had four huge JP drains and only two would fit in this belt, so I had to wear two belts. That said, I'm not sure how common it is for people to use these large drains.A friend gave me the second belt of the same kind, but both belts broke in about two weeks. One of my drains stayed in for nearly three weeks, so I used an old triathlon race belt with a bungee, and that carried me the rest of the way. I mention this because the quality/strength of the drain belt isn't that great. But hey, they may last long enough until your drains are removed.

Great for Easily Managing Drains
These pouches make managing drains much easier to tolerate! The all day pouch can be worn comfortably under clothing. The shower pouch is convenient for taking a shower. And the price cannot be beat! I shared the information with my plastic surgeon's office and they were impressed with the versatility and concept of these pouches. I highly recommend these products.

Great Drain Holder to Post Breast Cancer Surgery
Bought this for a friend and it works great. Also try looking for a shirt with drain holder pockets. The mesh holder is good but my friend uses a ziplock bag for the shower and then puts them in the mesh bag. Maybe try to find something water resistant to avoid getting too much water on them?

Very convenient
This has been a life saver after a bilateral mastectomy. 2 drain bulbs fit in each pocket nicely. The drain lines can be loosely coiled up with the bulbs in the pockets making everything nearly invisible. It’s also very nice not to have anything hanging around your neck or across your chest. Love them. Highly recommend.

not as good as some others that are available
first of all, the logo is labeled big as day on the little apron thingy. The whole point is a discreet way to kind of conceal your drains and that defeats the purpose. It isn't as practical as another product I found. The shower thing was super scratchy and cheap as could be. I immediately went back to hanging the drains from a ribbon around my neck while showering; that was better.

Perfect for mastectomy recovery
This pouch has been invaluable for me post-surgery. I was able to manage 4 drains with relative ease, and able to even use it overnight. The shower option is also very useful. Great product - thank you.
