love this pillow. excellent for neck/back pain and can be used to help pain in other areas, too. for example, my knee was hurting a couple weeks back and I put the pillow under it and relaxed for a little while. Within 15 minutes, there was hardly any pain left. and it was gone within 30 minutes.

Wonder ful for neck issues

I love this pillow. For instance relief I recommend it. The mate is also a very good buy worth the money.

It's too prickly.

On my first attempt to use it, I warmed up the pillow as described and it burned leaving an awful toxic smell. I had to put it under the water tap cause it started to catch fire. I then had to open all windows and doors since it left an awful toxic smell that made me sick.

Not sure how this works....1: no instructions as all copies in languages other than English. 2: very much smaller than I had expected and a little plastic in its appearance. I could not access any research or health related testing to support the product. I am sure others may find this product helpful but this is my opinion.
