I needed a MIDI cable between 1 and 2 feet long to fit a custom-built pedal board. These 1.6' cables were the perfect size. I used the cable to connect my MIDI foot controller to a MIDI merge box. My first live gig using the cable presented no problems. All the MIDI signals got through without a single hiccup.It's a good thing they specify "IN and "OUT" on the cable ends because as we all know, data can only flow one way through a MIDI cable ;-P

Good quality for the price.

My music system has MIDI cables everywhere. The addition of these extra long cables where I had doubts if they would work proved me wrong. They worked like magic. Thank you for making a fine cost effective product.

Unshielded cable. Thin wire, though resistance seems OK (at least on the shorter cable). Cheap for a reason. But all 5 wires seem to be connected.

I've bought you product twice now. I've been arranging my old musical gear to connect with a digital audio workstation and these cables allow me to control all my gear from there without having to plug and unplug anything. They are well suited to the task and I would not hesitate to buy more if I were to have a new requirement for them. I like the molded plug - those little screws always seem to fall out of the older MIDI cables I have. I think these are a great solution for me.

They are the perfect size!

Not very fancy. I would trust these cables in a studio situation where you're not pulling them in and out. That's how I use them and they work fine.
