Be sure to check the type and weight of the yarn you need for your project!! This one is fingering yarn, very fine. The skein is not larger, 100 gr.The colors are a little darker than pictured on my monitor, but I love how soft and pretty it is. Would definitely buy again.

I received this today, and the colors are nothing like what is pictured or described. I’ve been knitting and crocheting since I was 6 and even own my own knitwear company, and I can tell you this yarn is nothing like what they try to make it seem like in the photos. I purchase a lot of hand dyed small batch yarn from independent dyers on Etsy, and the quality is wonderful. I feel like they tried to make it seem like this was the same thing, and it’s not even close. I know I will never be buying their yarn again. Disappointed, but shipping it back would likely just be more hassle than trying to figure out something to make out of it.

It is a nice yarn, light and easy to knit. However, the shape of the bundle is awkward, it tangles when you pull the thread. I had that problem with the first one and I had to rewind the whole yarn into a bun just to be able to use it.

I wanted cotton yarn. What I got was cotton string. Probably my own fault for not reading closely or examining the photo better. Lesson learned.
