We used it to party, and party we did.Lots of fun!

I bought these for my little nieces and they really liked them. The tattoos are easy to apply and stick well to the skin when applying. So far all of the tattoos they've applied have come out looking perfect. None of them have come out looking messed up even if my nieces didn't hold water up against the sheets long enough.

Expected more neon pop. Applied okay but didn't "pop" under black lights.

Looks and works exactly as described! Came with a huge variety of tattoos, you cut the one you wanna use out, you peel off the plastic, then put a damp towel up to it, wait thirty seconds, gently peel back, hit it with a black light, and you're glowing! Instructions were also super helpful in telling me that you just use some oil to get it off! Pictures show tattoo with and without black light and after using olive oil to take it off.

I received these temporary tattoos specifically to write a review. That said, I try to be honest and open in all my reviews.(Please see the enclosed picture.)These temporary tattoos are super fun!The ones I got are fluorescent and glow nicely under ultraviolet light.They are easy to apply. Cut around the tattoo, place it on clean skin facedown and use a wet paper towel to press down for a minute. Remove the paper backing and viola!They look great and professional and last a good time. When ready to remove them (oh, so much easier than a real tattoo!), soak with baby oil. It takes a couple of minutes, but this works well, too.There are lots of fun designs in the pack I chose.With many, many choices, we’re having fun with these tattoos
