Even in the shade near the coast in Texas, it is HOT! This works excellent to beat the heat and just cool your feet and not get drenched. You can make the mist very low or higher. The lever on the unit is great to turn it off when you don’t want to go all the way to the faucet. I love this for laying out in the sun and have the cool mist so I don’t fry!

I live in the desert (Palm Springs) in Ca. It gets very hot here. I wanted to enjoy the pool and loungingin my backyard. I ordered this Standard Missing Cooler System. The price was good and I decided to giveit a try. It was such a good choice. I can sit outside in 110 degree with the mister on and not feel hot atall. I sit it on a table and can change the mister any direction. I recommend this to anyone who wants tostay cool this summer. Very inexpensive and easy to use. Just hook up to the hose and turn it on! Youwon't be sorry. PS. This is my first ever review. That is how much I like this product!

Cheap plastic. Leaked from the base when I first turned it on. I kept the the misters and am just making my own stand with PVC from Home Depot. What a waste of $.

It worked very well for about 3 days when I had it misting on and off, here and there. Now only one mister head works.I wish I could return it but it's too late. Bummer.UPDATE: Seller contacted me and asked if they could help me. I asked for advice on making it work properly and they simply refunded my money. I didn't ask for them to do that and they wanted me to keep it, after telling me how to get it working again. GREAT Customer Service

We bought this to help the chicken stay cool in the Texas heated summers. It truly help them stay cool and happy!

With some upgraded materials it would be great. The arms are a bit flimsy and don’t hold their position well. The base needs some weight to be more sturdy. Also, one of the arms continuously pops out under pressure. Not really worth the price, but keeping it to avoid the hassle of returning a used product.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble - be sure to read both sides of the instructions so you will know how to attach the hose connector to the base unit. My dog easily overheats but is not a fan of kiddie pools or sprinklers. This mister is gentle and quiet. She walks up to it and seems to really love it! This video and photos are from the day I initially set it up and tested it out. I have since moved it onto a side table on my deck. We all love this cooking mister! The hose attachment is nice and long. Be aware that the bendable misting nozzles are pretty short - like maybe just 12 - 15 inches in height - but it definitely works for our purposes! Happy with this purchase, we're getting a good amount of use out of it!

This 4-arm mister was easy enough to put together but it's a pain to use. The arms flop around which makes them very difficult to position where I need them to go. The hose connection leaks profusely - no - it sprays all over the place. I'm going to have to install a different washer in hopes to stop the flood. I should have returned it, but I'm ever the optimist and hoped it would work out ok. It didn't.Stay away. Buy a better sprinkler.
