My package came damaged. Don’t want to blame the company. Had to buy missing screws but again I think it has to do with Delivery. Otherwise it does work great. Very solid

My husband puts this to the test he is a hard trainer and its durable enough for him.

It is a good product only problem is that not all the parts were in the box as it was torn up on the ends an things fell out when shipped.arm rest,back piece,abdominal slings, nuts an bolts all missing.Cant put together without that. That's why only 2 star.

Purchased this item with some reservations as there were no reviews or ratings yet. It fit my list of requirements and looked like a solid design. The packaging was far too flimsy for the weight of this item. It arrived in a partially split open box. Inside the pieces were loosely secured with zip ties and padded with four small busted up pieces of styrofoam. Lots of minor scratches on most of the pieces, a few dents, and two parts that had to be bent back into shape to allow for assembly. The hardware was packaged into four packages according to steps in the assembly directions. One of the hardware packages had broken open but by some small miracle nothing was missing. Unpacking and assembly took my husband and I just over two hours. For the most part everything fit together well, but we did need to oil a couple of pieces in order to force them together. If it weren’t for my husband’s brute strength we would not have been able to get past this part of the assembly. Once assembled the tower felt very sturdy and did not have any wobble. The large width of the tower makes it a bit awkward for dips according to my husband. I also find the vertical knee raise a bit awkward as the arm rests are far enough apart that it strains my shoulders. Additionally the back rest sits quite high on the machine making it difficult to pull myself up enough to get low back support. I’ll be moving our jump box over to use as a step in the future. It really needs a longer backrest and wider arm pads. My husband loves the inverted pull up function. We have not tried the other features as of yet. Overall a solid multifunction piece of equipment that has a footprint that makes it great for our small home gym. It does need some tweaking to make it more usable/comfortable for our use.

Product was received in good time and in fairly good condition. All parts were included, EXCEPT there is no poster or guide on how each of the options are to be used. This would be helpful when multiple people use the machine in a public setting. Stable platform and many options for use including multiple pull-up options, leg raises/ab crunches, inverted "cheater" pull ups, dips, push-ups, and foot holds for sit-ups. The arm straps seem somewhat useless as the arm rests are more convenient and comfortable. Barbell holder also seems unnecessary unless you purchase the bench accessory. Assembly was manageable in about 2 hours.
