Does the job
Installed OK and instructions were reasonably clear given you have to remove all the colour toner cartridges. There is a little orange clip thing which you have to remove from the WTC but the original WTC in my printer still had one attached so I was a bit bemused by this. I removed it anyway and this seems OK. The one problem was that my printer kept showing a message on the little screen that I needed a new WTC even after installation. This eventually disappeared, I think after I switched the printer off and on again. The printer is not very user friendly anyway, so I don't think I can blame the new WTC for this. I assume the new WTC is doing its job now, in the absence of any warning messages. How else could I tell?

Good replacement.
I obviously bought it to replace a full existing one. Fitted very easily.

Easy install and fixed error
What can I say, it fixed error on my printer even after I tried saving buying this by hooving out old one and cleaning contacts, that didn't work. The new one worked out great. Think brother would do an easy to hoover out model, rather than replacement. But we live in a throw away world.

Not as difficult to change as you may thik
Well, it didn’t work and I had to resort to U tube to find out why. So. Do not throw the B old one away, use utube to find out how you reset it. Then of your new one will not work you will know how to set a switch which probably got jolted in the post. Do not worry, very easy to reset with the help of utube..
