Does the job and adhesive gives good grip. OK at the price.

I got these for my daughter who is currently between shoe sizes. It was perfect to just fill the gap at the back of her new shoes too stop them slipping off her heel. So far, they have stayed in place for 3 weeks after being used 3 days a week.

Was unsure on buying these at first but went for it and they are perfect. I have them in some heels that kept slipping when I walked, and these now stop that, but they are also very soft and comfy. Easy to fit into shoes, I didn't even need to cut them down to size.

Bought these to stop my slip on shoes from slipping off at the heel with each step. They do make my feet slip less but walking is still uncomfortable. I think my shoes may be more than half a size too big.
