Excellent and Prompt Support by Vendor
I received the refurbished laptop on May 5th 2024. The system which I received was in good condition and good performing. However, after a week I faced issue with G,H & 8 Keyboard function i.e. I had to hard press to get them working. I reached out to PRINCE IT WORLD Customer service number on the laptop.Mr Naresh Singh Rajpurohit & Mr Lalchand Sutar were very supportive and they asked me to get the laptop to their service centre. They checked the laptop and found that keyboard was functioning but even then they Changed the Laptop and replaced with a system to my satisfaction.VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY

Bad quality product, don't buy product from seller "NEWJAISA"
I have purchased laptop on 16th June. When recd. It looks ok and working fine. After 5 hrs of usage in 5 days, key board stop working so I have to call up the amazone customer care. Pathetic response from Amazon that you need to call up seller and ask for warranty repair so I have called up seller. The seller name is Newjaisa it's a banglore base co. They have taken complaint and sent the repaired keyboard from banglore. After 3 days when I have again enquired for installation, engineer came and fix. Again the keyboard is not the Lenovo orginal. It's a some other brand and that also repaired. Overall pathetic experience of buying a Renewed product. Amazone need to work on support and seller need to work on quality.

Good condition used Laptop at reasonable price.
The Product received was on time. Also the packing was good. Coming to the product, the performance is good, touch screen is also responsive, Keys are also in a good condition. Just one issue with the product is that the camera is not up to the mark, half of the view is clear and other half is blurr.Overall decent product as this price.

Wrongly advertised as having a touchscreen. No touchscreen available.Even battery is poor. They are refusing to have it picked up for a refund also. Just Don't buy

Everything works properly.
I've used this laptop for 5 days. It is working as expected.Bettery life is as described 6hrs to 6.5hrs and takes 2 hrs to charge completely.Keyboard has backlight which is togglable.OS installed on device is windows 11 pro and it runs smoothely.Definately satisfied with this product.
