The tarnish/scratch remover compound reduced scratches on my titanium wedding ring by 80%. It did not remove them but they are much more fine as apposed to before. The cleaning solution worked wonders. The ring came out more shiny that it was when it was brand new after a 6 hour soak. I used the cleaning solution for a cheap old medal souvenir necklace that I had not taken off in one year. It was tarnished and water stained. The cleaner make it almost like new again.

Works really good on old, tarnished silver with soft gemstones (turquoise, etc) that cannot be used in an ultrasonic cleaner; cleaned old Navajo squash blossom jewelry from the 70's perfectly.

The best jewelry cleaner out there. Lasts for years. Strain with a fine mesh sieve if there is a cloudy buildup and put back into the bottle. Can also be heated in the microwave for a few seconds before adding jewelry. Can’t beat the sparkle of a clean diamond!

This jewelry cleaner was demonstrated to me at the Big E last year and touted as safe for my Pandora. They cleaned a ring that I've been wearing for years and have had cleaned at the jewelry store multiple times, but it hadn't shined like this since the day I first put it on! Unfortunately, I didn't have the money to buy it at the fair, so I wrote down the name and was lucky enough to find it on sale on Amazon! I love this jewelry cleaner, it is safe for Pandora and gets my jewelry SO clean and shiny. The polishing cream makes everthing shine like new, and it smells great! I wish this set came with a larger container of the silver polisher, but luckily, a little goes a long way. I highly recommend it!

Update: I’ve had it a little while and it has grown mold everywhere in the little cup. So I had to throw the whole thing away.The packaging is cute and it smells FABULOUS! I wish I had before and after photos of the items I cleaned. They came out sparkling! The only thing is that the white tray you put your jewelry in won’t stay down. It’s definitely not a deal breaker just kind of weird.

It makes silver and gold and stones sparkle - even costume jewelry. Absolutely the best all-round cleaner I have ever used. I have lots of jewelry and have tried many different cleaners. The bottle states it does not clean silver tarnish, but I soaked my silver for about 10-20 minutes and could not believe how clean it got. Be careful not to soak silver jewelry that is purposely oxidized as part of the design. I think it would take off some oxidation. Also, any jewelry that has glue should only be dipped for a few seconds in any liquid, to avoid weakening or melting the glue.

I soaked my jewelry pieces, 14k and silver pieces overnight, but the next day everything looked the same. However the stuff in the lil white bottle is the bomb. I had some tarnish on my silver pieces that wouldn't come off with just jewelry cleaner and just a dab cleaned them like new. I would 5 star the tarnish remover. It was a miss with the cleaner but a big hit with the tarnish remover.

This is a very gentle but a very effective jewellery cleaner which I much prefer compared to the ones the jewellers tend to sell you. My jewellery has come up lovely and sparkly.
