I've had an issue with fatigue for quite awhile, regardless of how much sleep I've had.Maybe it's my imagination, but since I started taking this Astaxanthin by NOW, my energy has significantly improved.I'm not running marathons, mind you, but I am able to get more done without feeling I'm doing it by sheer will.It took a couple of weeks before I noticed the change.
