No complaints. High epa. Hopefully in a couple months I will start seeing the benefits.

These omegas are high in EPA, with roughly a ratio of 3:1 EPA:DHA. I haven’t found any other capsules suitable for vegans with these levels. My personal experience was noticing a great improvement in my mood and my mood being more stable after 3 weeks of taking 2 pills daily. I’m sure there are other health benefits as well! The pills have a sweet orange scent when they are fresh. I found the best place to buy them is at my local vitamin store. In the past Amazon has delivered them in the sunniest area of my front yard instead of in the shade and that has ruined the capsules. You can tell they’re rancid because the oil smells like cardboard. So do take note of that and possibly protect your order by including delivery instructions if ordering through Amazon- tell them to leave your order in a cool place or the shade. Or just go to your local vitamin store to get them fresh!

These are my favorite veggie Omega-3. Great quality and ratios of omegas.

A little pricy but have trust in the maker to provide a real product.

As long as you take these Omega-3s with food there is no fishy taste or after-taste.Best value of all the high EPA supplements out there. They are much more expensive than fish oil because they are from algae, but well worth the price.My scientific source is Dr. Janelle Sinclair, PhD in biochemistry, who recommends 1 to 2 grams per day of EPA (with a ratio of at least 2 times EPA as DHA) for those seeking improved cerebral function.

Thank goodness this product exists as it is difficult to find a vegan omega-3 supplement with the proper EPA/DHA ratio. Thank you!

Open the capsule to take a sniff/taste to see if they are rancid - omega3 will develop that fishy taste/smell when it spoils (and rancid algae oil also means that the omega3 is being destroyed). These smell like rotting fish and are clearly rancid, the strong orange cover-flavor can't disguise that. No return or refund possible because Amazon. What a waste of money. I'll never buy supplements here again.
