Great for our Thanksgiving charcuterie table. Our niece created a work-of-art for our Thanksgiving grazing lunch where we had heavy appetizers and snacks. This paper worked wonderfully for a full table of meats, cheeses, crackers and more. Plus this is a big roll - great value. It was easy to roll out, cut and she was ready to create! We have lots let but easy to store in the pantry. I can see this large roll being used for years to come for food displays/buffets and even for the kids crafts!

I got this to wrap my kitchen island to create a table-style charcuterie. It worked great! I didn't notice any flavors transfer. I've also used it to wrap my sourdough bread in. My one complaint would be that it came packaged in plastic wrap, instead of an individual box, so it is not protected from outside materials when in storage or taken out. It is easy to use and cuts well. It seems good quality, but you do get some moisture spots. I do think you get a good amount of paper for the cost!

I absolutely loved using this brown butcher paper for our long charcuterie board we did for a party. It created a perfect and beautiful rustic backdrop for all our meat, cheese, nuts and fruit. It was not only practical, but it made clean up so easy. I got compliments all night long! We have so much of it left that we'll be using the rest of the roll to hand paint signs for another party we are throwing.

I bought this paper for my home made sourdough, so I could make custom paper bags. It's a nice quality, the perfect weight paper for how I'm using it. I love that it's American made and food grade. The only thing that would have made it better was if it came in a protective box with a blade like tinfoil, that would have made my life so much easier. But as it is, I would definitely buy it again. But it's a huge roll, so that might not be for a while.
