No side effects like strong fishy taste you may get a mild fishy burp but to me if you are taking something with fish oil in it that’s to be expected. It wasn’t unpleasant as some others i have tasted. The texture was as expected for a vegan capsule. In my opinion great value for money especially when paired with the myo and d chiro inositol from this same brand. We conceived after three months of taking on the first try.

Have been taking these for almost three years. Taste awful but helped my hair and nails stay strong after I gave birth.

I had never experienced any kidney issues before using this supplement. However, on the second day after taking it, I felt a sharp pain in both of my kidneys. At first, I didn’t take it too seriously, but when I took the supplement again the next day, the pain became unbearable. I immediately stopped using it and scheduled an appointment with my doctor. It turns out that something in the ingredients was severely affecting my kidneys. I can’t imagine what might have happened if I had continued taking it! Please be cautious and pay close attention to any side effects.

Both packages ordered at the end of November and expiring in January 2026. Each bottle is supposed to be a 3 months provision, how am I supposed to do that if they’re almost expired?
